: Business Development Associate at Finnovations

Role Overview: As a Business Development Associate at finnovationz , you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the customer base by acquiring new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with both prospective students and educational institutions to showcase finnovationz products, understanding their needs, and offering personalized and online / offline learning s

olutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 years experience in Edtech Industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads.
  • A passion for education and an understanding of Finnovationz product offerings.
  • Previous sales experience in the ed-tech sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and reach out to potential leads through cold calling, networking, and social media channels to create a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Sales Target Achievement Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by closing deals and converting leads into paying customers.
  • Attend inbound queries also need to do cold calling on fresh and refurbished leads on daily bases (120 calls daily). Fluent in English / Hindi
  • Deliver compelling sales pitched and product knowledge to showcase our value
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Maintain an accurate record of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system .

Location - Malkapur , MH Salarrong>y - 4 to 5 LPA fixed , add on unlimited incentive

Timing - 11 am to 8 pm

Working days - 6 days working (monday will be off)
