Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a BTL (Below-The-Line) Manager at Finolex Industries Limited, your primary responsibility will be to plan and execute high-impact, on-ground brand activations and gifting initiatives across India. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales and partner engagement through strategic BTL campaigns. Your role will also involve managing budgets, analyzing performance, and optimizing results to ensure that every experience reflects the brand's values and delivers measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) activities across India, such as events, activations, and promotional programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute BTL strategies that drive sales and brand awareness.
- Manage budgets, track ROI, and analyze the effectiveness of BTL activities.
- Plan and execute gifting activities for channel partners, including selecting gifts, procurement, and logistics management.
- Ensure gifting activities align with brand objectives and enhance partner relationships.
- Manage budgets and track ROI for gifting activities.
- Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback to evaluate BTL activity effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead and develop a team of vendor associates, providing guidance, support, and training.
- Manage performance, coaching, and mentoring third party team members.
Qualification Required:
- Masters degree in Marketing.
- 10+ years of experience in BTL, Trade Marketing, Gifting (Corporate/Festival), Retail Management, or related roles.
