Job Description
- Responsibilities:
- ● Build a Roadmap for Capital Market products focusing on all financial services-related
- products and define the initiatives while discussing with key stakeholders.
- ● Prioritize developments and evaluate basic proper product management prioritization
- frameworks including various API integrations.
- ● Lead a team of Product Managers, Designers, QA, and engineers to collaborate on the
- organization's vision for the product.
- ● Collaborate on various audits including but not limited to SEBI, RBI, Internal Audits,
- etc.
- ● Understand and break down the problem statement for easy communication with
- engineers.
- ● Ensuring no conflict of interest as this role also has indirect reporting of Engineers.
- ● Keep a close eye on competitors and define the product roadmap, improvements, and
- initiatives accordingly with teams.
- ● Closely work with the Sales and partnership teams to understand the client requirements
- and explore possible synergies.
- ● Drive the GTM strategy for new releases in conjunction with sales and marketing.
- ● Drive all aspects of product be it Product Designing, Product innovation, product
- Launch, Product branding.
- Experience:
- ● Overall 8 to 10+ years of experience in Product owner roles in the Capital market
- domain
- ● 6+ years as Manager/ AVP in the Product domain
- ● Team management experience of at least 5 years
- ● Should have a decent understanding of the regulatory and compliance requirements for
- Capital Market Product
- ● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- ● Self-starter who can execute in a fast-paced environment
- ● Ability to work collaboratively in an environment that promotes constant team
- communication
