Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead - Business Development, located in Madurai South. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing and guiding the business development team, setting sales targets, and ensuring the achievement of business goals. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with other departments to deliver optimal solutions. The Team Lead will also analyze market trends, perform competitor analysis, and implement strategies to drive business growth.
