Job Description

What role you will play in team: You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and resolving their queries effectively and professionally.

What you will do: You will answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive customer experience.

Key responsibility:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Promoting bank products and services.
  • Following bank procedures and compliance regulations.
  • Working collaboratively with other departments.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of banking operations is a plus.
