Background Verification Specialist (Voice Process)

Role & responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers with Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a remote setup.
• Conduct background verifications for clients using various databases and tools.
• Verify client requirements and understand their needs to provide accurate results.
• Communicate effectively with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders through email support, chat, or voice process.
• Perform document verification and validation tasks as required by the client.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies throughout the process.

Preferred candidate profile

• 0-2 years of experience in BGV (Background Verification) industry preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently from home office setup.
• Proficiency in English language with strong documentation skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
