- Hiring For Verification Specialist (Voice Process)

- Responsibilities:
- Manage Inbound and Outbound calls for employment, education and other references verifications.
- Obtain Verification and references information via phone, fax, mail, etc.
- Investigate and confirm reference credibility.
- Update reference contact information within database.
- Answer telephone and email inquiries from candidates and clients concerning the status of a background check request.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- (Call out to specific organization/school as requested by a client and referees for clarification)
- Coordinate with other departments via phone and email regarding the status of the background check.
- Transferring calls to appropriate departments
- Update database and complete verification report.
- Other duties may be required such as:
- Setting up client orders
- Completing database check
- Work allocation duties
- Quality checks .
