This is a full-time remote position for a Facebook Ads Analyst. The role involves developing, implementing, and analyzing Facebook advertising strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive conversions, and optimize campaign performance. Responsibilities include optimizing ad performance through detailed analytics, generating reports, and collaborating with teams to achieve marketing objectives. The analyst will ensure consistent monitoring and analysis of campaigns to achieve target ROI goals while contributing to the companys digital marketing efforts.

• Strong analytical skills and expertise in data interpretation for campaign performance
• Proficiency in marketing analytics fundamentals and understanding of key performance metrics

  Demonstrated experience in sales and customer behavior analysis to inform ad strategies
• Experience in Facebook Ads Manager and similar platforms is highly desirable
• Familiarity with performance marketing tools and frameworks
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Prior experience in digital advertising, particularly social media campaigns, is a plus
