Job Summary :

The Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager will own demand generation strategy and execution for the U.S. market. The role is responsible for developing annual and quarterly marketing plans, building and managing the marketing calendar, and establishing strong marketing operations discipline. The individual will oversee content, HubSpot operations, website initiatives, and creative execution, while partnering closely with U.S. Sales leadership to generate qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue growth. This is a high-ownership role responsible for building and running a structured pipeline engine - not just executing campaigns.

:

1) Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Build and execute full-funnel marketing strategy targeting U.S. eye-care practices.
  • Drive demo bookings and marketing-sourced pipeline.
  • Own MQL - SQL - Opportunity conversion metrics.
  • Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for multi-location practices.
  • Run integrated campaigns across SEO, paid media, LinkedIn, email, webinars, and events.
  • Align campaigns with sales priorities and revenue goals.


2) Marketing Operations & HubSpot Ownership

  • Supervise HubSpot architecture, automation workflows, and lead scoring.
  • Ensure accurate lifecycle tracking and attribution reporting.
  • Improve conversion through structured nurture programs.
  • Maintain dashboards for leadership visibility.
  • Work with sales on lead qualification and follow-up discipline.


3) Content & Thought Leadership

Lead the content function and supervise writers:

  • Blog strategy
  • Case studies & whitepapers
  • Email nurture programs
  • Sales enablement material
  • Industry education content

Build authority in:

  • practice growth
  • revenue cycle performance
  • AI in healthcare
  • operational efficiency


4) Website & Digital Experience

  • Own website performance, traffic growth, and conversion optimization
  • Collaborate with design & development teams
  • Improve landing page conversion rates
  • Implement SEO & CRO strategies
  • Manage messaging and positioning


5) Trade Shows & Field Marketing Support

  • Drive traffic and meeting bookings around industry conferences
  • Plan pre-event and post-event campaigns
  • Coordinate booth messaging and campaign assets
  • Track event ROI and pipeline contribution

6) Team Leadership

Lead and coordinate:

  • Content writers
  • HubSpot administrator
  • Designers & external vendors
  • Build structured workflows, campaign calendars, and reporting cadence.

    Job Requirements :
    Experience
  • 8-15 years in B2B marketing (SaaS, HealthTech, IT, or services)
  • Strong demand generation and pipeline ownership experience
  • Exposure to US markets preferred
  • Experience working with sales teams and revenue targets
