As a Performance Marketing Manager at FirstSight, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to optimize campaign performance and drive business growth. Daily tasks will include managing digital advertising campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, overseeing paid media efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also be expected to identify new marketing opportunities and help scale performance initiatives effectively. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore.

• Hands-on experience with Performance Marketing, Paid Ads, and Digital Advertising platforms
• Expertise in Data Analysis, Analytics Tools, and KPI Management
• Proficiency in Campaign Management, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and A/B Testing
