Job opening for Finance Leader from BPO industry in Bangalore location
Min expereince-17-18 yrs
CTC upto 60-65 lacs all inclusive
- Looking for a leader who runs the entire finance domain with AR, AP and GL.
- Strong in General Accounting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes Reconciliations, Month end Closure, Query, Audit, etc.
- Responsible for service delivery and manage a team of 300+ FTE's globally
- Take ownership for improvement projects to improve service delivery
- Lead and ensure successful month end closure
- Ensuring effective & constructive relations with the Client. Build an environment of trust & confidence & willingness to support & solve common issues and exceeds client expectation
- Handles complex long-term focused projects involving multiple disciplines or business units
- Works independently and with management on high visible, divisional/cross-divisional complex projects
- Seen as a key resource for resolution of unique or complex business problems
- Advances the interest of the company by serving on teams that are external to the organization when appropriate
- Drives continuous improvement and efficiencies beyond own scope of responsibility.
- Drive automation projects and process improvements through kaizen and ensure completion of Black belt projects
Our Ideal Candidate :
- Individual typically has at least 17+ yrs of related experience
- Ability to implement business analytics dashboards Right reporting framework & drive on consolidating the Command Center Tool for Performance reporting
- Effective communication skills, strategic thinking and actions to influence key stakeholders and business decisions
- Integrate multiple sources of information and presenting compelling findings and conclusions

- Work with business stakeholders to identify business needs and support
- Responsible for maintaining P&L
- Drive new business opportunity with the client and account development - Lead and motivate the team to achieve desired results
- Managing Cross Training, Volume handling, handling people issues.
- Motivating team to deliver process KPI's, providing support for generation of new ideas etc. Managing Attrition below 15%.
- Build an appropriate R&R framework. Recruit, talent retention & provide opportunities for people growth.
- Obtain data, execute reporting/analysis, perform interpretations and conclusions, and prepare recommendations
- structure data and analysis to analyze issues and proactively identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct research studies that include collecting data from various sources, analyzing, trending and presenting the findings and recommendations to management
