We are looking for two interns who will work closely with the Buyer and assist in all core buying, merchandising, and daily operational tasks to ensure smooth category functioning.

Key Responsibilities (Intern Supporting Buyer)

Assist in Product Selection & Placement:

Support the Buyer in shortlisting, curating, and organizing product assortments to ensure attractive and effective online displays aligned with customer preferences and seasonal trends.

Support in Inventory Management:

Help the Buyer monitor stock levels, identify low-stock/overstock situations, and ensure products are accurately listed and available.

Aid in Pricing Strategy & Discount Mapping:

Work with the Buyer to update and maintain competitive pricing, discount mapping, and promotional offers based on sales data, competitor checks, and market trends.

Product Listing Support:

Assist the Buyer in creating, updating, and optimizing product listings to ensure accuracy in titles, descriptions, images, and attributes.

Product Page Optimization:

Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure product content, design, and visuals are aligned with Buyer requirements for better conversions.

Vendor Communication:

Support the Buyer in day-to-day vendor coordinationcollecting product data, following up on pending tasks, sharing updates, and resolving operational queries.

Sales Analysis & Reporting:

Assist the Buyer in extracting, analyzing, and summarizing sales and inventory data to support decision-making and improve category performance.

Campaign & Promotions Support:

Help the Buyer plan and execute promotional campaigns, ensuring correct product mapping, visibility placement, and timely execution.

Daily Operational Support:

Work closely with the Buyer to handle daily tasks including tracking POs, updating trackers, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and resolving operational gaps.

Job Specifications

Required Skills (Must Have)

Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Office

Good communication skills (verbal & written)

Qualification

Minimum: Graduate

Experience- Not required (Freshers can apply)
