Job Description
RoleDrive Fashion business objectives of Revenue & Profit by utilizing available mix of brands & inventory optimally
Responsibilities
- Drive Fashion Sales by curating right inventory mix for all sales events and offers
- Analyze performance of sales event to continuously improve performance & operate at optimum inventory levels
- Give Insights & Build Strategies to achieve annual Brand Sell-through & Ageing Liquidation targets
- Work with Tech & Product stakeholders to improve & enhance site sorting logic to facilitate better product discovery & better customer experience
- Liaise with Merchandising and Category teams to plan and execute brand promotions.
Background & Skills Required
- Command over MS Excel & strong data analytical skills is a must
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
- Strong Planning & Execution ability
- Experience in e-commerce marketing is an advantage, else experience or awareness of Digital Marketing - Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, e-mail Marketing etc.
- Knowledge of Analytics Tools like Google Analytics is preferred

- Must be Self-Driven with Result Orientation
- Learning Agility - ability to adapt quickly
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work harmoniously with peers & teams across organization
