Job Description

    As a Lead Consultant in the Strategic Engagements Group at Firstsource, you will play a crucial role in contributing to consulting projects for customers and developing the strategic solution development infrastructure within the organization. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of responsibilities that include project deliverables, customer data analysis, market research, solution development, and financial planning among others.
    **Key Responsibilities:**
    - Participate in strategic consulting projects and facilitate the creation, review, and sign off of project deliverables.
    - Analyze customer data to draw insights and recommendations.
    - Collaborate with customers to understand business drivers, create customer journeys, and process maps in the member experience space.
    - Define As-Is and To-Be system definitions.
    - Identify market opportunities and establish connections with sales support teams.
    - Utilize existing client relationships to identify new strategic engagement opportunities.
    - Develop expertise in products, support knowledge management, and convert project experiences into case studies.
    - Coordinate with multiple teams to develop solutions for strategic deals and align inputs into coherent win themes.
    - Conduct deep industry research, build Go-To-Market strategies, and business plans.
    - Prepare a roadmap for the competency/industry segment in the form of competitive service offerings.
    - Create compelling sales pitches, win themes for proposals, and proactive pursuits.
    - Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
    - Assess clients" financial health and provide actionable recommendations.
    - Collaborate with clients to develop financial strategies aligned with overall business goals.

    - Provide insights for long-term financial planning and risk management.
    **Qualification & Experience:**
    - MBA/PGDBM/PGDM (Full Time) from Premier Business Schools.
    - 15+ years of relevant solutioning, consulting, requirements gathering, and business development experience.
    - Preferably domain experience in BFSI with knowledge of Accounting practices, Cost Optimization, Risk Management, and BFSI workflows.
    - Experience in market assessment, landscape analysis, strategy synthesis, competitive analysis, business plan development, and financial modeling.
    - Cross-industry exposure.
    - Strong analytical and quantitative skills.,
