Job Description
- As a Technology Business Consultant Senior/Specialist at FIS Capital Markets Shared Technical Services Group, your role involves participating in Project implementation as a BA/Test Lead. You will be an integral part of the Project Life cycle, including Pre-sales support, requirement discussions, test plan preparation, test case scenario preparation, test case detailing, and working with the Test scripting team for automation execution testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm the scope of testing capabilities to be automated during Pre-sales, working with internal/external clients.
- Create written test cases from business functional requirements with the client testing team.
- Translate written test cases into the standard FIS test case template.
- Liaise between client and scripting team to transfer test case knowledge and confirm automation requirements understanding.
- Review and approve completed scripts prior to client use with the Client Test Manager.
- Analyze execution failures in the automated Test Results Report and resolve issues accordingly.
- Review Release Notes for any client upgrades and identify changes to existing test cases.
- Participate in monthly Change Board meetings to review automation scope changes.
- Approve changes to automation scope and coordinate commercial impact associated with new automation scope.
Qualifications Required:
- 8-12 years of experience in Capital Markets with a focus on Treasury domain.
- Hands-on experience with Treasury products; knowledge of Quantum applications is an added advantage.
- Experience in testing web applications.
- Ability to assist clients in re-engineering business processes and build strong relationships.
- Understanding of database structures and report writing tools.
- Experience in consulting and/or software application implementations.
