Job Description
- As an IST Switch Developer at FIS, you will play a crucial role in designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications software. Your responsibilities will include working closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements, developing program logic, and ensuring the timely delivery of quality technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support applications software within budget and timeline
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and align technical solutions with business and IT strategies
- Provide application software development services in defined projects
- Develop program logic for new applications and modify logic in existing applications
- Debug, document, implement, and maintain software applications
Qualifications Required:
- Experience working on large projects using C/C++ as the language
- Proficiency in C/C++, SQL, and Linux
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Good to have:
- Knowledge of FIS products and services, with in-depth understanding of products and services in assigned line(s) of business
