We Are Hiring for a Supply Chain/Operations Coordinator.

Job Detail:

Experience: Freshers/1-2 Years

Qualification: MBA-Supply Chain/BSc Agriculture, BFSC, MFSC Fisheries.

Location: Bapatla, AP

Note: Excellent Communications Mandatory

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of data collection, entry, and validation processes
• Familiarity with farm-to-fork supply chains, preferably in aquaculture, agriculture, or food processing
• Ability to use digital traceability platforms (e.g., Blue Trace, Whole Chain)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis tools
• Experience with auditing records and cross-checking data (paperwork vs. system entries)
• Basic understanding of farm operations, feed mills, hatcheries, and processors Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data recording and reporting
• Ability to identify data discrepancies and resolve them efficiently
• Good numerical skills for working with transactions and reports Communication & Coordination Skills

• Clear written and verbal communication skills (English, and local language like Telugu will be a plus)
• Reporting skills to share updates with the Sr. Traceability & Data Operations Analyst Personal Attributes
• High level of integrity and accountability in handling sensitive supply chain data
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently in the field with minimal supervision
• Organizational skills to manage daily, weekly, and monthly data collection and audits
• Adaptability and flexibility to travel locally (between farm, feedmill, hatchery, and processor sites)
