Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Customer Support Executive specializing in D2C (Direct-to-Customer) for the FMCG sector. The responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing online and technical support, and resolving customer issues with professionalism and efficiency. The role also involves maintaining a high standard of service to enhance customer experience and foster long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to address inquiries and provide resolutions effectively.
  • Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Online Support to enhance user experiences and maintain consistent service quality.
  • Experience in Technical Support to assist with product-related technical issues and deliver accurate solutions.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in the FMCG or health and wellness sector is a plus.
