This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Executive (D2C) located in Delhi, India. The Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for managing direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales strategies, overseeing e-commerce operations, and ensuring effective account management. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing key metrics, managing sales processes, coordinating with teams to achieve business goals, and driving customer satisfaction through efficient execution of ecommerce strategies. Collaboration and proactive planning will form the foundation of daily responsibilities.

• Strong Analytical Skills to track, evaluate, and optimize ecommerce metrics and performance
• Proven ability in Account Management to handle customer relationships and ensure excellent service delivery
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth, achieve targets, and build strategies

• Previous experience in a similar role in the health, wellness, or consumer goods industry is an advantage
