Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Sr. Lateral Recruiter-Talent Acquisition BPO at FiveS Digital located in Udaipur. The role involves full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, conducting interviews, and maintaining effective communication with candidates and stakeholders.
Qualifications- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
- Hiring and Interviewing skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in BPO or similar industry is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
