Job Goal


To accept challenging position in the field of Corporate Laws and thereby gain competence to handle Secretarial and Legal works relating to Corporate Laws through on job experience and parallel academic pursuits, to become part of growing organization filled with challenges and motivation, where performance is the main criteria for growth.

Responsibilities


  • Timely Compliance of the provisions of Companies Act, 2013.
  • Drafting of resolutions, Minutes, Communication with Government agencies, reply to notices etc.
  • Filing of Forms and other returns with statutory authorities.
  • Preparation and Maintenance of statutory registers.
  • Preparation of Notice, Minutes other related documents of Board and Annual General Meetings.
  • Compliance w.r.t appointment and Cessation of Directors.
  • Compliance w.r.t increase in Share Capital of the Company.
  • Issue of securities under Rights Issue and Private Placement etc.
  • Share Transfers.
  • Keeping track of latest developments and updating with the latest developments in the Corporate Commercial World, Statutory amendments and enactments.
  • Drafting and Vetting of agreements of various natures.
  • To deal with issues of Inductrial and Labour Laws
  • To deal with issue of IPR.
  • To handle Legal cases.
