Job Description
Job Goal:
Handling of Customer Quality at Customers location to ensure zero CQC.
Role & responsibilities
- Ensuring support to customer for any Quality issue by rework, replacement
- To ensure zero downtime at customer due to Quality issue
- Customer pain points and customer voice communication to Plant teams
- Close looping of issues with documentation upgradations
- PDI verification from dispatch lots
- Containment at customers premises for all CQCs
- Avoiding CQCs with prompt support on rework and no fit form function issues at customer.
- Attending warranty memo and meeting
- Testing and checking of parts in warranty
- Witnessing the trials at customer for Quality improvement parts feedback.
- Meeting customer key contacts and communicate customers needs and expectations to plant team.
- Driving Member of CFT for resolution of CQC as per 2-2-2-2

Preferred candidate profile
- 8D
- Assembly Process knowledge along with stamping, rubber and plastic manufacturing process.
- MS office - ppt and data analysis in excel
