Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Recruiters to develop close working relationships that deliver a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
• With support from your manager, develop confidence in working with experts in our Talent Intelligence team and learn to leverage your own resources and research to develop effective sourcing strategies and influence conversations with your client.
• Contribute to recruitment discussions and vacancy briefing calls with Hiring Managers, leaving the discussion with a detailed understanding of the clients business and the requirements and unique selling points of the role.

  Get Hired
• Be accountable for the delivery of high quality, engaged candidate shortlists to your Hiring Managers, that provide accurate, complete information enabling informed hiring decisions.
• Work with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, seeking support from your manager where required, to share candidate feedback, challenges, and successes so you can adapt your recruiting strategy together.
