Consultant UI Developer (Learning Solutions)

Our client, A leading global specialist in energy management and automation, is looking for a highly creative and innovative Learning Developer .The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in graphic design and demonstrate the ability to design, develop and produce impactful learning experiences for global and multicultural audiences and communicate with impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Conceptualize and develop visual storyboards and learning modules that effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts, leveraging authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, custom SCORMs using HTML/JS/CSS to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.

2) Demonstrates expert-level proficiency in HTML, JavaScript and CSS to customize and

enhance digital learning experiences across multiple platforms.

3) Ensure all learning content aligns with our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual

identity.

4) Collaborate with Instructional Designers, graphic designers and Project Managers to

understand learning objectives and design requirements.

5) Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning design, graphic design,

and multimedia development.

6) Provide high quality, UX/UI recommendations and suggestions for continuous improvement

of learning experiences through advanced technical implementation.

7) Meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and creativity.

8) Develop and implement custom code, configure SCORM/xAPI packages, and integrate web

components to ensure compatibility, data tracking, and enhanced user experience

9) Apply expertise to troubleshoot integration issues, optimize content delivery, and enable

dynamic interactions across systems.

Skills Required

• Proficient in HTML/JS/CSS, experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in Articulate Storyline & Rise is a must, and working knowledge of LMS and LXPs
• The Consultant should be highly creative, agile; open to feedback; open to experimenting and suggesting out-of-the-box design solutions; excellent team-player; ability to adapt and learn with change in business needs, working with multicultural, multilingual project teams.
• Understanding of how various learning experience platforms behave (Cornerstone/SCORM cloud); and of universal design and accessible content
