Job Description

- Flexing It has partnered with Our client is a Financial Services Firm and is looking for a Legal Consultant will support the Central Legal Team by providing legal assistance across multiple.

- Key Responsibilties
- Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts including service agreements, NDAs, engagement letters, and vendor contracts for central and partner functions.
- Identify and highlight legal, commercial and risk related deviation, from standard templates and internal policies and provide structured mitigation inputs.
- Support the Investment Banking business in reviewing and negotiating NDAs, engagement letters,and related commercial documents.
- Provide contractual risk inputs for IB-related engagements as required.
- Wealth Management Support.
- Review service contracts, distribution agreements, and other commercial arrangements for the.
- Wealth Management business.
- Support the business on contractual and legal queries in line with regulatory and internal.
- frameworks.
- Act as a shared legal resource by providing ad-hoc and day-to-day legal support across other business verticals.
- Conduct legal research and contract reviews as required.
- Skills Required.
- Bachelors degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- 58 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Mandatory experience and exposure to corporate services, wealth management and investment banking.
- Prior in-house experience within a financial services organization or exposure through a reputed law firm is preferred.
- Strong commercial contracting and negotiation skills.
- Sound understanding of financial services and regulatory environment.
- Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with a practical and solution-oriented approach.
