Quality Officer

Job Title: Quality Officer - Injection Molding

Location: Dungri Faliya, Dungra, Vapi, Valsad, Gujarat

Years of experience: Min 1 year and above (Only from Injection mold experience)

Education: ITI/ Diploma or relevant further certifications, Bachelors degree in Engineering,

Qualiy

Management, or a related field preferred.

Offer CTC: Upto 30K/ Month

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection protocols for injection
• molded products.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products to
• ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify defects, nonconformities, and areas for improvement; report findings and work with teams to develop corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, tests, and audits, and prepare detailed reports for management. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and implement
• process improvements.
• Train staff on quality standards and best practices related to injection molding.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to resolve quality-related
• issues.
• Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies in quality
• assurance.

Experience in quality assurance or quality control in the injection molding industry is highly

desirable.

Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality control tools

(e.g., Six Sigma, SPC).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
