Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Haridwar. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles across the organization. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, designing effective job postings, and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified talent. The role involves coordinating interview schedules, facilitating assessment processes, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. The Recruiter will also track recruitment metrics, support employer branding initiatives, and ensure all hiring activities align with Flipkarts values and inclusion practices.

• Candidates should possess strong talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management.
• Candidates should possess skills in candidate relationship management, negotiation, and offer management to ensure a positive hiring experience.
• Candidates should possess skills in using recruitment technologies and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking tools.
• Candidates should possess skills in data-driven decision-making, including tracking recruitment metrics and generating insights to improve hiring outcomes.
• Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to work effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Relevant experience in corporate or high-volume recruitment, preferably within technology, e-commerce, or retail sectors, is beneficial.
• A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Knowledge of local labor market dynamics, employment regulations, and inclusive hiring practices will be an advantage.
