Now were looking for someone to help us take Flo offline, one great store at a time.

• Lead Flos end-to-end offline retail expansion—from market mapping and site selection to lease negotiations, store handovers, and launch.
• Identify high-potential locations and negotiate the best commercial terms.
• Coordinate with Design, Projects, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth store openings.
• Build scalable processes, SOPs, and systems for retail expansion.
• Own timelines, budgets, and every milestone between This looks like a great location and Were open!

• Have 6–10 years of pure offline retail business development experience.
• Have successfully opened and launched multiple retail stores from scratch.
• Are a sharp negotiator with strong commercial acumen.
• Love building processes as much as opening stores.
• Enjoy owning projects end-to-end (because right now, you are the BD team).

Preferred Experience:D2C retail expansion with a proven track record of scaling offline stores for organized consumer brands. Experience in end-to-end store rollouts—from site selection and commercial negotiations to store launch and operational handover—is highly preferred.
