Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide product demos over call/video.
  • Understand customer pain points, requirements and pitch relevant product features.
  • Achieve daily, weekly & monthly revenue and conversion targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and nurture leads.
  • Handle product-related queries and provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through proactive outreach.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / B2B outbound calling (Mandatory).
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi with clear voice modulation.

  • Strong persuasion & objection handling skills along with a high-target orientation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong relationship-building & negotiation capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
