Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide product demos over call/video.
- Understand customer pain points, requirements and pitch relevant product features.
- Achieve daily, weekly & monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and nurture leads.
- Handle product-related queries and provide an excellent customer experience.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through proactive outreach.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / B2B outbound calling (Mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi with clear voice modulation.

- Strong persuasion & objection handling skills along with a high-target orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong relationship-building & negotiation capabilities.
