Job Description

Hi we are looking for Sales Executive - Customer Renewal & Retention


  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience of minimum 1-3 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a phone-based sales or renewal environment.
  3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  4. Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely over the phone.
  5. Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  6. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple renewal projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  7. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding renewal targets.
  8. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using sales and customer management tools.

  10. Knowledge of the SaaS industry, including an understanding of subscription-based business models and customer lifecycle management.
  11. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.


Location - Bommanahalli
Week off - 1st Sat Off + All Sunday
Languages :- (Requirement 1) English/Hindi + Tamil + Telugu + Kanadda
