Key Responsibilities
Research and locate job openings in the aviation industry in Australia,Canada, the United States,

the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, and New Zealand.

• Collaborate with airlines to understand their recruitment requirements.
• Create and publish job postings on the Flying-Crews.com Job Board, assuring accuracy and completeness.
• Regularly update and maintain Job listings to reflect the latest opportunities.

  Get Hired
  Engage with aviation professionals and job seekers to create a smooth user experience on our platform.
• Monitor job listing performance and make data-driven changes to improve user engagement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with airlines and aviation industry stakeholders.
• Work together with the marketing and communications teams to successfully promote job listings.
• Collaborate with the development team to improve the user experience of the Flying-Crews.com job board.
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in aviation recruitment.
