Senior AWS Cloud Architect

Tasks

• Development and implementation of highly available and scalable cloud infrastructures based on AWS
• Execution of cloud projects and optimization of existing cloud solutions
• Close collaboration with customers to create customized IT strategies
• Application of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure efficient and automated processes
• Mentoring team members and conducting workshops for further training in cloud technologies
• Active participation in internal and external expert discussions on the integration of the latest trends and best practices
  

Requirements

• Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field, or equivalent professional training and experience in the IT sector

• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS, including designing and implementing enterprise-grade, scalable, and secure cloud architectures
• Proven track record in object-oriented software development, with advanced proficiency in multiple programming languages (Java, Python, TypeScript, C#, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation, with strong experience in AWS CDK, Lambda, Docker, and other modern cloud-native technologies
• Expert-level understanding of DevOps practices, including test-driven development, CI/CD pipelines, and operational excellence in cloud environments
• Strong ability to lead and mentor agile, cross-functional teams while driving innovation and best practices in cloud adoption
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical solutions to business objectives
• Fluency in English is required; German is a plus but not mandatory
• Willingness to live and work in Dubai and commitment to continuous professional development and advanced training
