Watch Technician / Watch Repair Technician - Fort Location

We are hiring for one of the precious Luxury Gems & Jewelry & watches bar

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Watch Technician responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing various types of watches, including mechanical, automatic and quartz. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and experience handling luxury and branded timepieces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical and electronic faults in watches
• Perform complete servicing of mechanical and automatic movements
• Replace batteries, straps, crowns, crystals, and other components
• Repair or replace damaged parts such as gears, springs, and hands
• 
  Conduct water-resistance testing and pressure testing
• Regulate and time mechanical watches for accuracy
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Provide repair estimates and explain technical issues to customers (if customer-facing role)
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to brand standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Certification or diploma in watchmaking / horology preferred
• Proven experience as a watch technician or watch repair specialist
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, automatic, and quartz movements
