Job Description

Position: Center Head (Female)


Location: Plot No.96, Miyapur Residential Complex, Mayur Village, Serilingampally Mandal and Municipality Under GHMC circle, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana , Hyderabad Telangana - 500049.


Working Time: 8:45AM to 5:00 PM (Mon to Fri)

Saturday: 10AM to 4PM (All Saturday)


JOB DESCRIPTION: CENTRE DIRECTRESS


Operations Management:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, enrolment, and parent communication.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized preschool environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the centre's budget.
  • Monitor expenses, revenue, and financial performance.
  • Seek opportunities to increase enrolment and revenue.

Parent and Community Engagement:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and families.
  • Foster community partnerships and outreach efforts to enhance the centre's reputation.
  • Accountable for NPS, Admission and Attrition of the center

Staff Development:

  • Recruit, hire, and train teaching and support staff.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Develop professional growth plans for staff members

Leadership and Management:

  • Provide strong leadership to a team of teachers and support staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Set and communicate clear expectations for staff performance.
  • Supervise and support staff in their professional development.

Curriculum and Educational Programs:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum.
  • Ensure that all educational programs align with relevant early childhood education standards.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary improvements.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to enrolment, attendance, and curriculum.
  • Prepare reports for the board and stakeholders as required.

Skills and Specification

  • Graduation + 5 Year of Experience
  • Efficient enough to understand a child's development and needs.
  • Ability to work with parents and encourage their involvement.
  • Proven ability to take key decisions independently and lead a team.
  • Ability to self - evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities.
  • Should have an influential personality with excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Basic Computer Knowledge - MS Excel - MS Power Point - MS Word - Email Writing - Google Drive - Google Sheets
