Job Position - Business Development Manager
Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibility :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Facilities Management sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, tenders, and commercial submissions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery and client onboarding.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of business development / sales experience in similar capacity in Facilities Management in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE FM market and client network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
