Job Description
Job Responsibility:
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
Consistently achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for your designated territory.
Aggressively promote and drive sales of the companys snacks, nuts, seeds, and dry fruit product lines.
Expand product penetration and increase market share within the assigned region.
Implement compelling sales promotions, schemes, and trade offers to maximise volume.
2. Distribution & Market Expansion
Identify, attract, and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners to broaden reach.
Strategically expand distribution channels across general trade (kirana stores), modern trade (supermarkets), HoReCa (hotels, restaurants, cafes), and e-commerce/quick commerce platforms.
Ensure maximum product availability and outstanding visibility at all retail outlets.
3. Retail & Channel Management
Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
Regularly monitor distributor performance, including sales volume, stock levels, and credit cycles.
Conduct consistent market visits to guarantee optimal product placement and attractive merchandising.
4. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
Stay ahead by tracking competitor pricing, promotional strategies, and new product launches.
Gather detailed insights into consumer preferences and market trends in snacks and dry fruits.
Provide valuable market feedback to marketing and product development teams to refine strategies.
5. Merchandising & Brand Visibility
Guarantee compelling in-store visibility and prime shelf placement.
Deploy eye-catching POSM, such as display units, banners, and posters, to enhance brand presence.
Lead sampling campaigns and product demonstrations that drive consumer interest.
6. Sales Reporting & Forecasting
Maintain precise daily sales and market visit reports.
Use CRM and other sales tools effectively to track performance.
Play an active role in sales forecasting and demand planning to meet market needs.
7. Customer Relationship Management
Build enduring relationships with key accounts and distributors.
Resolve customer issues swiftly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Aim for superior customer retention and loyalty.

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields
MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred
Experience
Prior experience in the snacks, dry fruits, or packaged foods industry is highly desirable

Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
