Job Location Chandivali, Mumbai. Must be comfortable to travel to Airoli & Ghansoli location.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the recruitment team.

- Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract a diverse talent pool.

- Conduct interviews and guide selection processes.

- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes accordingly.

- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

- Provide training and support to recruitment team members.

- Collaborate with HR and other departments on workforce planning.

Qualifications:

- BPO bulk hiring experience is a mandate.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- At least 12 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

- Proven experience in a managerial role for 5 years for bulk hiring team.

- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent market trends.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
