Position : India E-Commerce CUSTOMER SERVICE
Location : Andheri East, Chandivali
Process : Blended Process (Inbound Process)
Education : HSC+6month Exp./Any Graduate Fresher
Age limit:
Experience: Minimum 0 months of Experience as a customer service representative.
Shift timing: From 7:30 am to 12:00 AM any 9 hours Rotational Shift,
6 Days Working and 1 Rotational week off.
Salary : Between 16500k to 18200k in hand + PacMan
Responsibilty:
- Answering queries and concerns about a company products or services.
- Resolving issues and handling customer complaints.
- Tracking customer service metrics.
- Delivering information about a company products and services.
Key Skills:

~ Good communication skill in English.
~ Good at computer skills
~Ready to work in Voice Process
~Not a target/sales based job.
Benefits:
* Centralized pick-up and drop from Andheri and Ghatkopar Station during the day.
