Has a Sub- tropical, arid climate.What you will doPR, CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA

• Shoot and edit photos and videos for social media use and other platforms

• To be proficient in FinalCut Pro X, Adobe Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve

• To generate content ideas to highlight various products and services

• Write social media posts and prepare the content calendar for the main hotel channels

• Monitor all engagement activity across hotel’s social media accounts - Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter

• Review media, content creators and influencer requests, provide recommendations

• Coordinate media stays, restaurant and spa reservations

• Manage the press room and image library

• Using company platforms, measure and report on social media and digital statistics

• Weekly summary of press coverage for internal distribution

MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design in-house collateral including flyers, menus, posters and hotel screen banners

• Manage the e-newsletter plan, development and EDMs for hotel products and services, ensuring regular and timely distribution to relevant guest channels.

• Monitor, review and report on all marketing and PR activity and results.

• Manage the supply chain and timelines of print projects including costs, design and copy

• Manage hotel communications including signage for public spaces, elevator screens, in-room TVs, in-room screens and drafting in-room guest letters

• Coordinate professional video and photography shoots as needed

• With the assistance of Marketing & PR Manager, brief media plans, write creative briefs and retouching briefs

• Manage and update content on the company’s website and mobile app

• Manage and ensure up-to-date information on hotel and partner websites

• Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committee

• Ensure that all hotel promotions, advertising, and collateral are in keeping with Four Seasons image and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation

What you bring

• Excellent verbal and written English

• Previous experience in creative writing - blogs, website copy, press releases

• Thorough understanding of the social media environment and its evolving shape. Awareness of the latest tools, platforms, and best practices.

• Proficiency in Adobe applications such as Photoshop, InDesign, illustrator

• Previous experience in managing photoshoots

• Photography / videography experience either professionally or as a hobby and have a knack for creativity
