Employee Engagement Specialist

Organize and coordinate active engagement activities such as cultural programs, health-related events, women empowerment initiatives, and team-building exercises ext Prepare materials and logistics for the successful execution of employee engagement events.

Daily report updating management on team progress and work updates.
Develop engaging communication materials, including newsletters, posters, intranet content, related to engagement initiatives.

Manage internal communication channels to promote initiatives and celebrate employee achievements.

Support scheduling, documentation, and reporting related to engagement projects.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the Employee Satisfaction Survey.

Assist in preparing and delivering comprehensive analysis reports by gathering data, identifying key insights, and presenting findings clearly.
