Job Description
- As a Project Manager at Foxsense Innovations, you will play a crucial role in handling the companys ongoing projects. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met. You will also be responsible for submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, establishing effective project communication plans, and facilitating change requests. Additionally, you will identify and develop new opportunities with clients, manage customer satisfaction, and conduct post-project evaluations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring they adhere to quality standards.
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
- Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
- Conducting post-project evaluation to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Prepare requirement documents, user flows, and validate test cases.
**Qualifications Required:**
- A bachelors or masters degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management in the Technology industry.

- Ability to manage clients and expectations.
- Strong understanding of formal project management, agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.
- Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Strong communication and literary skills.
