POSITION SUMMARY: Foxx Life Sciences, India is looking for a dynamic, self-driven, experienced Strategic Account Manager who will focus on developing and expanding Foxx Life Sciences business in Karnataka region. This position requires successful prior sales experience with large multi-national accounts in the Biopharmaceutical industry. The ideal person will focus on developing strong working relationships with clients through development of a deep understanding of their needs and identifying opportunities for growth by providing superior solutions that enhance our clients performance, while providing superior customer satisfaction.

Role and Responsibilities
- The candidate must reside within Bengaluru.
- Must have Bio-Process Sales experience.
- Previous Key Account Management experience with multi-national Biopharma accounts is highly desired.
- The ability to work in close partnership with Foxxs field based application engineering and marketing teams is essential.
- Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive sales growth within a large strategic account.
- Provide constant positive communication, follow-up and client satisfaction, through site visits, phone, email and social media.
- Meet and/or exceed sales goals (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and working with the internal engineering and quality teams, resolve any issues that may arise post-sale.
- Introduce new products as launched and provide feedback to management and engineering team on product performance.
- Maintain an accurate record of all customer accounts and communications, sales leads, won and lost business.
- Provide a weekly summary of all activities to Sale Director, Bioprocess Division, Foxx India.
- Update request logs/weekly reports and sales meetings.
- Collaborates with marketing team to provide input into marketing requirements, materials and brand development by providing feedback from customers.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related activities as requested.
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment is essential.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in Biological Sciences or Biotechnology
- 5-8 years of successful sales experience, with a strong record of performance selling into the Biotechnology/pharmaceutical market, including experience in managing strategic multinational accounts.
- A thorough understanding of the processes used in the manufacture of therapeutic drugs, including knowledge and understanding of the applications and benefits of Single-Use technologies in biopharmaceutical production.
- Strong self-organizational skills with attention to detail
- Superior time management and you are a multi-tasker.
- Strong English language oral and written communication skills include strong presentation and demonstration skills.
- Able to easily change tasks as instructed.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 55%
