• Monthly, quarterly, annual forecasting and reporting of financials


• 
  Lead the budgeting and planning cycle in partnership with the with the business teams


• Develop and implement standardized processes to continually improve the reporting standards


• Partner with various stakeholders- Business, Projects, Operations, HC, Finance and other functions to evaluate and develop new standard reports to review business performance


• Prepare management reporting packs in a timely and clear fashion, with risks and opportunities readily identified.


• Provide insightful analysis and review of business performance to senior stakeholders, including Capex, Headcount and Sales Churn;


• Work in collaboration with the various stakeholders to integrate the various process of acquired companies with the rest of the business


• Build and develop financial models, perform deep dive analysis to maximise business performance.


• Working closely with the Senior Leadership in delivering presentational outputs for discussion with the Executive team and Board

Qualification

• 4+ MBA with Corporate experience


• Strong background in Finance and Accounting and excellent at oral and written communication Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel


• Strong Presentation skills


• Excellent collaborator and go getter
