Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Consulting for CFO Analytics, including scope definition, data gathering and analysis, and presentation of findings to clients.
- Develop and implement advanced financial modeling and analysis techniques to solve complex business problems.

- Work closely with clients to grow and understand their business challenges and provide strategic guidance on how to improve their financial performance.
- Mentor and manage a team of consultants, providing guidance on project delivery, technical expertise, and professional development.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in Analytics and identify opportunities to integrate new techniques and technologies into our consulting services.
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization to develop and deliver integrated solutions that combine Finance Analytics with other disciplines (e.g. marketing, supply chain).
- Conduct assessments of clients' current processes and technologies in the Finance department to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
- Develop strategies for implementing digital technologies in the Finance department, including identifying specific technologies and developing a roadmap for their implementation.
- Support clients through the implementation process, including providing guidance on project management and addressing any challenges or obstacles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure the success of the digital transformation project.
- Stay up to date on the latest developments and trends in digital technologies and their potential applications in finance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as finance, economics, mathematics, or engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in a Finance / CFO Analytics Consulting role, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects to clients and with a strong understanding of digital technologies and their potential applications in finance.
- Strong experience with advanced data analysis techniques (e.g. machine learning, Monte Carlo simulation).
- Experience consulting with clients on digital transformation projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable insights for clients.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of consultants to deliver high-quality work.
- Knowledge of project management principles and techniques.
- Must be willing to travel more than 30%.
Good to Have Skillsets (Any one of the below will work):
- Dashboarding experience (Any one PowerBI / Tableau / React / QlikView)
- Knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP / Oracle / Dynamic etc.)
- Automation Experience / OCR experience (UiPath / Blue prism etc.)
- Data Science (Modelling, ML, Statistical forecast etc.)
