Job Description
We are seeking a highly capable data quality analyst to develop procedures to enhance the accuracy and integrity of our organization's data. You will be performing data cleansing/analysis, collaborating with database developers to enhance data collection and preparing data analysis reports. You will be responsible for improving data quality within the firm and assisting the business in generating golden records.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Data cleansing - identifying, assessing and resolving any data quality issues
- Developing data quality best practice guidelines and providing user training.
- Addressing the root cause of data inconsistencies and recommending improvements.
- Help define business rules for improving data quality and mitigating the reoccurrence of similar issues.
- Analyse data for compliance to design specification (source-to-target) and identifying quality issues and recommending solutions.
- Proven passion for the data quality discipline
- Strong analytical/problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Technical Skill:-
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel
- Basic knowledge to SQL and reporting would be an added advantage.
