About the Role:
- Critical skill : Simcorp dimension implementation
- We are looking for a seasoned Lead Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in SimCorp Dimension implementation to join our Shared Services Support PMO team.
- This role sits at the intersection of Investment Operations and Financial Technology Systems (FTS), driving system enhancements, implementation initiatives, and process optimization across the investment lifecycle.
- The ideal candidate will be a techno-functional leader with deep domain expertise in investment management platforms and the ability to mentor teams while partnering with business and technology stakeholders.
How You Will Add Value:
- Lead end-to-end SimCorp Dimension implementation and enhancement initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and document complex business processes; translate them into functional system requirements.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across FTS systems and investment operations workflows.
- Assess impact of new initiatives and recommend scalable system/process improvements.
- Partner with business, technology, and PMO stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Lead system integration testing (SIT), UAT coordination, and issue resolution.
- Manage escalated system queries and drive timely remediation.
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices in documentation and solution design.

- 8-12 years of relevant experience in financial systems / investment operations.
- Strong hands-on experience in SimCorp Dimension implementation (mandatory).
- Expertise in Dimension modules, IM Actions, Business Objects, and FTS systems.
- Working knowledge of Aladdin platform is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of front-to-back investment management lifecycle.
- Experience in system configuration, data migration, integration, and testing cycles.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and technical documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and leadership skills
