The AI, Data, and Process Optimization team drives operational excellence by combining analytics, automation, and AI to deliver measurable business impact. We partner with business and technology teams to identify inefficiencies, improve controls, and enhance client and employee experiences. Joining this team means working on high-visibility initiatives that transform processes and enable innovation across the organization.
How You Will Add Value
- You will lead end-to-end process optimization engagements from discovery to benefit tracking.
- You will use process mining and analytics to identify bottlenecks, rework, and control gaps.
- You will define process KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and drive accountability.
- You will collaborate with Technology and Data teams to source and improve event data quality.
- You will facilitate workshops to map current and future-state processes using standard formats.
- You will drive root-cause analysis and prioritize remediation actions for sustainable improvements.
- You will support governance for continuous improvement and promote adoption through training.
- You will communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders with executive-ready updates.
What Will Help You Be Successful
Experience, Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 7+ years in process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation; financial services experience is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, QPR, UiPath Process Mining).

- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, and BPM; certification is a plus.
- Strong data literacy with ability to work with event logs and define metrics; SQL and BI experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Python or SQL.

- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence across functions and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Work Schedule & Location
