MBA HR (Full time) with 18+ years experience in HR.
Minimum 5 years in managerial function.
Must have experience of managing multi-country operation, diverse culture.
Age Group: 42 to 46 years.
Responsibilities :

- Talent Management
- Talent acquisition
- Change management
- Organization Development, Succession planning
- Capability building, HR Process for Corporate systems
- Personnel policies, Staff service rules
- Aligning Human Resources with Organizational vision, Missions & objectives
- Responsibility for senior level decisions making and strategic direction of the organization,
- Coordination on HR related activities with top management & directors
- Annual Budgets & Review Analysis
- Training & Development - evaluation and monitoring.
