• Minimum 5 years in managerial function.
• Must have experience of managing multi-country operation, diverse culture.
• Age Group: 42 to 46 years.
• Responsibilities :

• Talent Management
• Talent acquisition
• Change management
• Organization Development, Succession planning
• Capability building, HR Process for Corporate systems
• Personnel policies, Staff service rules
• Aligning Human Resources with Organizational vision, Missions & objectives
• Responsibility for senior level decisions making and strategic direction of the organization,
• Coordination on HR related activities with top management & directors
• Annual Budgets & Review Analysis
• Training & Development - evaluation and monitoring.
