Deputy Lead Manager - Marketing - Jewellery Industry

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead Manager in formulating and implementing effective marketing strategies tailored to the Retail sector.
- Oversee and coordinate marketing campaigns from conceptualization through execution and performance analysis.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, and online advertising, to enhance brand presence.
- Collaborate with product development and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and sales objectives.

- Organize and supervise high-profile events and promotional activities to engage affluent clientele and industry stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve departmental goals and foster professional growth.
Requirements:
- Post Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in marketing within jewellery industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies for premium brands. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to analyse market data and consumer insights to drive strategic decision-making.
