Senior Product Associate

Responsibilities: Analyse data to pinpoint business issues, user needs, and current process inefficiencies. Formulate strategic solutions, design user journeys, and define business rules alongside edge cases and acceptance criteria. Author detailed product requirement documents and construct prototypes, utilising AI technologies to enhance efficiency. Manage the full product lifecycle, guiding initiatives from problem discovery through to implementation, user adoption, and iterative enhancement. Coordinate requirements gathering and dependency management to guarantee punctual delivery in partnership with engineering and business stakeholders. Oversee functional testing, user acceptance testing, final production approval, and the resolution of post-launch issues. Serve as the primary point of contact for designated product areas, facilitating communication, training, documentation, and user adoption efforts. Champion prioritisation strategies, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure strict adherence to project timelines. Requirements • Education: BBA, MBA, or a related degree preferred. • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Technology Consulting, or a related role. • Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and product thinking skills. • Experience in writing clear PRDs and creating prototypes. • Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical constraints. • Strong stakeholder management skills with a high level of ownership and accountability. • Ability to drive execution and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
